Feathered Friends

I haven’t forgotten about my fine feathered friends. It’s just that the furry ones have dominated lately. I shared my 10 favorite backyard bird photographs last month. I thought I would share my top 10 bird photos from this adventure. It was not easy to narrow the list to 10. My #1 favorite is an eagle sitting in the Snake River. I have seen eagles fly, I have seen them walking on the ground . .. I have seen them perched in trees and sitting in their nests … but I have never seen an eagle just sitting in a river!!! This is one of my favorite photographs from the entire trip so far…
