Sunday Is For the Birds

I was planning on sticking close to the condo today – doing Yoga, maybe catching the Steelers game, cleaning up a little before my friends arrive tomorrow – but then the text comes! “There’s grizzlies at Two Oceans”. That’s all it took! Grabbed the camera and out the door I flew! And I’m so glad I did. I was able to catch a quick glance of 610 and her two cubs

And I saw a Moose and a Bull Elk.

But I have to say – my fine feathered friends stole the show today. The Eagle, the Hawk, and the Owl won the day!!

I hope looking at these photos brings a smile to your face. I love being able to capture their beauty and share their magnificence with you. Birds play an incredibly important role in our ecosystem. I also know that a sighting can bring so much joy – all you have to do is Look Up!!

And the day ended with an incredible sunset!! So no yoga, I don’t know who won the game, and the condo really wasn’t that messy to begin with. I made the right choice!!
